Purpose of the 4th National Pharmacy Conference 2026

The 4th National Pharmacy Conference 2026 aims to expand the educational impact of the event by providing delegates with exposure to the latest advancements in technologies, equipment, products, and services.

  • The exhibition hall is conveniently located on the second floor of the Durban International Convention Centre (see floorplan).
  • Tea, coffee, and lunch breaks are included in the registration fee and will be served within the exhibition hall, fostering networking and engagement between delegates and exhibitors.
  • Informal seating areas will be available, as indicated on the attached floorplan, to encourage discussion and interaction in a relaxed setting.

  • The costs will be ZAR65 000.00 (6m x 3m)
  • Each exhibitor will receive 3 complimentary trade delegate registrations per single exhibition stand/booth.
  • Additional trade delegates will be required to pay the applicable full registration fee.
  • Trade delegates will have access to both the exhibition hall and technical/scientific sessions.
  • All exhibitors are entitled to a 75-word company profile in the official Exhibit Directory.
  • All exhibitors will also receive a 75-word profile on the conference website.
  • Cleaning of public areas and walkways will be provided. Please note: cleaning of individual exhibition stands is available at an additional cost.
  • Each exhibition stand/booth will include one standard electrical plug point.
  • All prices quoted include 15% VAT.

The Shell scheme package includes the following:

Stand shell scheme framework and wall panels (various designs are available from the Shell scheme supplier)

  • Fascia panel with company name and stand number
  • Standard carpeting
  • 2 (two) light fixtures & 1 (one) 15AMP electrical plug point exhibition stand
  • 1 (one) white top café table (1.8m x 0.45m) with 2 (two) chairs and a waste paper dustbin

Cost for Exhibition Space with Shell scheme framework (3m x 2m):

  • The costs will be ZAR55 000.00 (3m x 2m)
  • Each exhibitor will receive 2 complimentary trade delegate registrations per single exhibition stand/booth.
